The state Dept of Financial Services fined
Narragansett Bay Insurance Company $327,400
for failing to perform timely inspections for Superstorm
Sandy damage claims.Policyholder complained that
they were unable to reach adjusters as well as adjusters
failed to show up for scheduled appointments that policy
holders had waited weeks for.
